By accessing or using any product, service, website, application, social-media page, or offline offering (collectively the “Services”) provided by Gourmena Foods Catering (“Gourmena,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

 

 

 

2.  Scope of Services

 

 

1. Catering & Event Services.  Preparation, delivery, setup, and optional staffing of food and beverages for private or corporate events.

2. Retail & Take-Away.  Pre-ordered or walk-up collection of menu items.

3. Custom Menus.  Menu development tailored to dietary, cultural, or religious requirements (e.g., halal, vegan, allergen-friendly), subject to availability and written confirmation.

4. Ancillary Rentals.  Provision of equipment (e.g., chafing dishes, cutlery, tables) as agreed in the event order (“Event Sheet”) or invoice.
